Deep South Dining | Sunflower Oven Co-Op Bakery & Seafood with Thomas Williams

Today Malcolm White & Carol Palmer are baking bread and breaking bread with the Sunflower Oven Co-Op Bakery folks, who focus on people. Their breads are sourdough, their flour is grown and milled in the south, and their workers collectively own the bakery. To share the story of the Sunflower Oven Co-Op Bakery, we welcome both Betsey Bruening and Robert Robby Raymond. Also, from Nashville Tennessee, Thomas Williams joins the show morning to talk about seafood and all kinds of other stuff!
