After a few weeks of unscheduled breaks, Deep South Dining is back with a new episode and our good friend Joe Sherman joins in on the fun. Carol and Joe talk about how their kitchens have transformed for summer and how Kewpie mayonnaise has popped up on the Cooking and Coping Facebook page. And while Malcolm is not in the studio he still takes time to join the show and talk about his recent trip to Italy. Describing some of the dishes he ate while on the Amalfi Coast, he also described his quest to eat like true Romans while in Rome. Let's eat y'all!
